- First of all, not only is the hair bomb, this is the by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Kate was kind and super responsive to my questions and concerns, and no, that’s not the reason I’m saying the hair is bomb, I’ve worn it to my wedding, and a couple of times after that. It is simply beautiful. Isee hair remains #1 on my list.
