Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 Days Have Gone By Since The Delivery Of Your Purchase, We Can't Offer You A Refund Or Exchange. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

When You Receive The Order. If The Hair Quality & Hair Color & Hair Length Is Incorrect, Please Email Our Aftersale Service Jessie@iseehair.com, We Will Assist You Further.

Note:

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. For bundles weft, that weft must be unfolded, worn, or tampered with; For Lace wigs, Lace should be intact and hair unwashed. you can not apply heat or styling products or perfumes. Pictures with intact lace are required; For Upart wigs, no return/exchange will be allowed if you cut the tapes at the " U" shape area or tamper the hair in any way such as brushing, washing, colored, or bleached and so on. 

2. The return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer, We advise you use USPS/Royal Mail for your return. Customized hair (Including wigs & bundles, Like customized color or wig size cap) can not be returned or exchanged.

3. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package was shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information in any case. Also, Pls do not refuse packages even if you don't want the hair anymore, we can't offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service.

 

How to return?

Step 1: 

Please contact our aftersale service representatives within 15 days of receipt of your wig via email.

Please indicate your order number & the reason you want to exchange or return your hair, please attach any applicable pictures.

Step 2: 

After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to send your unit to. 

Step 3: 

Please ship the hair back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization. And please email us the return tracking number as you ship the hair back. We will start the process of refund or exchange when we receive the return package.
