- I absolutely love this company and the hair quality! Very supple and low maintainable! However if you are planning to buy tags from them, please be sure to communicate effectively and understand properly! This is my 2nd time working with them and I decided to make my tags with them hoping it would be sent with my new hair order BUT it didn’t come! And I was asked to pay additional fees if I wanted all my tags sent. So After a lot of Ranting and expressing my displeasure , it has been clarified l. Now it will be sent. Just be sure when using their branding service, that you understand their terms and agree to it. Overall, the Hair Quality of this texture is AMAZING!
